Dried coffee, if stored properly, can last for months and even years.

After usage, the easiest way to store ground coffee to keep it fresher longer is to put it in the freezer. Coffee kept in the freezer does not freeze; as a result, it never has to be defrosted before use.

While coffee does deteriorate over time and does so more quickly depending on surface area, whole beans will last longer than ground coffee. The easiest method to preserve these beans is in the freezer, in an airtight container. To prevent undue exposure, you should only freshly grind the quantity you intend to use that day. This method of coffee storage will keep out moisture and other impurities.

We use the Swiss Water® Method to decaffeinate our decaf coffee. This safe decaffeination technique removes caffeine using carbon and 100% green coffee extract. To preserve the original quality of the beans, this process makes sure that just caffeine is eliminated.

Fundamentally, roasted coffee comes from a roaster, whether that roaster is a big, multi-brand company operating internationally or a tiny, regional roaster. The main distinction between purchasing directly from the roaster and doing so in the store is control. Nowadays, supermarkets are well-equipped to obtain high-quality coffees, single origins, and beans; yet, their purchasing procedures may lengthen the time it takes for the product to reach the consumer. A local roaster is fully devoted to creating quality, consistency, and freshly roasted coffee and adjusts output in response to demand. Fresh implies that the food was already roasted and has through the degassing procedure, which is necessary to liberate CO2 from the beans.
